Oscar Heavy Duty Mid Sleeper Solid Pine Bunk Bed

My 7-year-old daughter loves her new bed: it looks amazing and is super practical. It took a few hours to assemble but was relatively easy. The allen key provided was not up to tightening the screws - it kept slipping out and started to damage the recess of the screws. Once we used the electric screwdriver it was simple and the bed / ladder are sturdy. The mattress that was originally provided did not fit the bed frame but the customer service team were quick to respond and a suitable replacement arrived within days. All in all, good value for money and customer service.
